Remote Support
Support is available by phone or email.  Standard support is available 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday; Premium support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For users requiring remote support, security is the most important factor, we therefore use Teamviewer. We can offer you prompt assistance no matter where you are or what systems you use

Through the Remote Support button we can start a remote control session allowing us to temporarily take over your system and help resolve any issues.  You are able to watch all the time and end the remote session at any point. Our remote support facility is suitable to all types of connections from analog to digital, the most common browsers and meets the highest safety support during the entire process by using secure passwords with SSL and 256-bit AES encryption to protect systems and data from beginning to end.

 

How Does it Work?

After you connect to an operator, you will be prompted whether you want to Run this program (Run) or Save (Save). Select Run (Run).

Your ID and password is required to establish connection enabling us to resolve your issue.
